- rental charge 160€ to 195€ per night depending on the season, plus 1.10€ per adult per night for tourist tax. Actual price will be confirmed when you enquire.
- minimum stay is 5 nights and maximum is 3 weeks unless negotiated otherwise
- arrivals after 4pm and departures before 11am
- bedding and towels are included
- payment terms : 15% to confirm the booking (non-refundable), with the balance due 30 days before arrival (not refundable once paid). Taxe de séjour (local tourist tax) of 1.10€ per adult per night is paid with balance
- PLEASE ensure you have adequate insurance to cover your losses should you need to cancel
- all payments to be made by bank transfer
- in the very unlikely event that we need to cancel the booking, all payments will be reimbursed but we will not accept any further liability. Please note that in twenty years of renting out holiday accommodation, our only cancellations were due to covid.
